Synopsis: Hundred Years War (fourteenth and fifteenth centuries). In 1412, Domrémy Juana, the daughter of some farmers, was born. As a child she has visions in which Santa Catalina, San Miguel and Santa Margarita entrust her with the mission of saving France from English invaders. Convince an officer to escort her to Chinon Castle, where she must meet Carlos, the Dolphin of France, who has not yet been crowned king, since the city of Reims is in the hands of the English. Juana manages to have the Dolphin provide him with troops to break the siege of Orleans. The warrior maiden leads the French to victory. Once Reims is released, the Dolphin is proclaimed king by the name of Charles VII. During a military campaign to liberate Paris, Juana is captured by the Burgundians, who deliver her to the English in exchange for money. Accused of witchcraft and heresy, she is condemned by a religious court, similar to England, to die burned at the stake (1431). He was only 19 years old. In 1920, the Catholic Church canonized her.
